Just a note on Drops, Where I am on drop list is a marker only.
People with high attendance, good attitude and the job priority, I will in most cases let go infront of me, when I come up for a drop.
Obviously I have been here since day 1 and I have good attitude to the LS (running it I kinda have to lol) so I am technially high on lotting order. But may pass to others.
